How it works
That is the whole design. Every note system that asks you to file things eventually gets abandoned, so Tobi accepts whatever shape a thought arrives in and does the organising on its own side.
The floor is $84 per unit on the Callaway line, with a walk-away at $79 1. Sarah Linwood took it to the board on July 28 and will not go below $79 without a board call 12. You still owe her the updated model 2.
Six ways in, none of which require you to open an app and decide where something belongs.

Nothing here asks you to maintain a task list. Tobi reads what you already wrote and pulls the commitments out of it.
Checkboxes, anything phrased as a next step, and dates you mentioned in passing all become things due, attached to the note they came from so you can see the context.
Names that keep coming up become person pages on their own. A nightly pass checks each candidate is actually a person, so your list does not fill with project names and headings.
A deadline about to land, someone you have not spoken to in a while, an inbox going stale. It stays quiet when it has nothing useful, which is the harder half.
This is the part a general chatbot cannot do, because it needs both halves: your calendar and your notes, in the same place.
Connect Google Calendar read-only, or paste a secret feed link from Outlook, Apple, Fastmail, or anything else that publishes one. Both carry who is attending.
One permission, calendar.readonly, and nothing else. No Gmail, no Drive, no Contacts. Disconnect from Settings and the stored tokens are deleted and the grant revoked at Google.
Answers are assembled only from your own notes, and every one shows its sources. If you never wrote something down, it says so instead of guessing. An assistant that invents details about your life is worse than no assistant, because you would not know which parts to trust.

Your notes are plain markdown files in storage scoped to your account alone. Never pooled with another user's, never used to train anything, exportable in one click on any day including your last. They open in free software forever, and any model in ten years will still read them.
