Hivetivity does the done-for-you version. Your notes migrated, your people and projects mapped around how you actually work, and monthly tuning. It costs a great deal more than $19, because a person does the work. Most people who buy software like this never finish setting it up, and that is the thing being sold.

Capture also keeps running for 30 days after a lapse, so nothing you forward in during a gap is lost while you decide.
No. Your notes are stored in storage scoped to your account alone, are never pooled with another user's, and the AI providers process them under commercial terms that prohibit training on them.
No, and nothing requires Google. Everything except meeting prep works without it. If you do connect one, it is read-only: we ask for a single permission and cannot write to your calendar.
