The Calendar gives you a visual view of your schedule with week, month, and agenda views.
Views
- Week View - See your full week at a glance
- Month View - Overview of the entire month
- Agenda View - List of upcoming events
Creating Events
- Click the "+" button or click on a time slot
- Enter event title, time, and location
- Toggle Google Meet to auto-generate a video call link
- Add attendees (they'll receive calendar invites)
Time Blocking
Drag tasks from the sidebar onto your calendar to create time blocks. This ensures you have focused time for important work.
When you drag a task, Tobi checks for conflicts with existing meetings and warns you if there's an overlap.
Google Calendar Sync
After connecting Google Calendar, your events sync automatically. Changes you make in Tobi appear in Google Calendar and vice versa.
