- Type or paste your chaotic thoughts - meeting notes, ideas, to-dos, anything
- Click "Process"
- Tobi's AI analyzes your text and creates structured tasks
- Review the suggested tasks and approve them
What Tobi Extracts
- Tasks - Action items with clear titles
- Priorities - Based on urgency cues in your text
- Due Dates - When you mention "tomorrow", "next week", etc.
- Projects - Grouped by context when possible
- People - Names mentioned are linked to your Life Graph
Tips
- Don't worry about formatting - just dump everything
- Include dates when you know them ("call John by Friday")
- Mention people by name for relationship tracking
- Use it after meetings to capture all action items
