Accessing Life Graph
Go to Life Graph in the sidebar to see all your contacts.
Key Features
- Decay MetersPro - Visual progress bars showing relationship health. Green means recent contact, red means neglected.
- VIP Tagging - Star contacts to mark them as VIPs for priority tracking
- Interaction History - Click any person to see your full history of emails and meetings
- Organizations - People are grouped by their company/organization
How to Track a Relationship
- Go to Life Graph
- Find the person (they're auto-created from emails)
- Star them to mark as VIP
- Check decay meters to see who needs attention
Fix My Relationships
Click "Fix My Relationships" to get AI suggestions for neglected contacts. Tobi will suggest who to reach out to and help you create follow-up tasks.
Filtering
- Type - Personal, Professional, Newsletter
- Organization - Filter by company
- Starred - Show only VIPs
