The Notes feature is a connected knowledge system that links notes to everything in Tobi.
Creating Notes
- Go to Notes in the sidebar
- Click "New Note"
- Add a title and content
- Pin important notes to keep them at the top
Linking Notes
Notes can be linked to:
- Tasks - Add context or documentation to a task
- Projects - Project briefs, specs, or meeting notes
- People - Notes about contacts, meeting history
- Organizations - Company information, contracts
When viewing a task, project, person, or organization, you'll see any linked notes in the detail panel.
Finding Notes
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) to search all notes from anywhere in the app.
